Quick dumb American question; is marmite anything like vegamite? I've had that once--and I wasn't a fan--or to be more precise, I had to put a LOT of other things on whatever little bit of vegamite I put on something to make it taste good, but then it actually did make that other thing I slathered it with taste better so. IDK. I don't want to discount marmite just becuase they both end in "ite" though if they're actually not the same thing at all. ♥
