Oh I hate OneDrive with a passion. I tried to delete it so it stole all my files and I had to download them again overnight which took hours. Yes it should be default to save *our own* files to *our own* computers! It just shows how centralised everything is now, doesn’t it? And how we are slaves to these companies who want our money and data. 🙁

I hope 2026 does bring better times for your mother in law and family.
That is a coincidence, because my father in law was also admitted to hospital just before Christmas. So my husband and his siblings have been shuttling back and forth there. The hospital is now holding a meeting to assess where he can go now—a care home is the best option IMO as he’s so frail, otherwise it’s back home to his 70 year old daughter and her husband, who are struggling to provide 24/7 care. My mum also went into a care home in the summer just gone.
So it’s all happening for us and our aged parents isn’t it…🫤
